    Senior Manager – HR Strategy, People & Organizational Development (Aug 2020 – Dec 2025) PT Sasa Inti – Rodamas Group Launched Sasa Manufacturing Academy, developed Technical Competency Dictionary for 200+ roles, implemented Knowledge Management System across three plants, and drove enterprise-wide performance management and job evaluation frameworks.
